A PLACE WORTH KNOWING

A café with colour in every corner

A joyful, colour-filled Lynton café for Origin coffee, homemade brunch and a very unhurried lunch.

Pink walls, a turquoise piano and bright chairs make Charlie Fridays feel immediately personal. In Lynton’s old town, this bohemian café has the sort of interior you keep noticing as you settle in: plants, pictures and mismatched details that belong together because somebody clearly loves them. Breakfast, brunch and lunch are made to order, with homemade cakes and Origin coffee for a shorter stop. Children have toys and their own small menu, and dogs are welcomed too. There is an evening life here as well, with pop-up events and music announced on social media. Check the diary if you fancy staying after your daytime wander.
