THE USEFUL DETAILS

Website terms

Near & Known is a local discovery publication operated by Creative Co Design Studio Ltd. Updated 23 October 2026.

Using the guide

The guide provides ideas and general visitor information. Places, menus, opening times, prices and availability can change. Confirm important details directly with the business before travelling or booking.

Editorial and paid features

Independently researched discoveries are identified as editorial. Paid collaborations will be labelled “Advertisement feature”. Being included does not mean that a business has paid, endorsed the guide or agreed a partnership. We do not claim to have personally visited a place unless a feature explicitly says so.

Bookings and purchases

Links take you to businesses and third-party services. Bookings and purchases are made directly with them under their terms. Near & Known does not operate a booking or payment service through this guide.

Business enquiries

Submitting a feature enquiry is not a purchase or a guarantee of inclusion. Any paid feature requires a separate agreement confirming scope, fees, publication period and responsibilities. We do not guarantee visitor numbers, sales, bookings or search rankings.

Photography and content

Venue photographs and illustrations are credited to their sources and remain the property of their respective rights holders. Original Near & Known writing and design belong to their respective owners. If you own an image or represent a business and would like an update or removal, contact us.
