The Linhay makes a useful first pause in Cockington’s old farmyard. Find out a little about the village, browse the gift shop, then settle down for refreshments. Owners Lindsey and Gordon, who also run Weavers Cottage Tea Garden, have brought the visitor centre back into use with an ice-cream parlour and café. Through the colder months it serves favourites from the tea garden’s menu, with somewhere to sit inside or under cover outside.
